Variceties is a rice workshop and cafe, the community of rice lover,
where Thais enjoy quality and healthy rice blends, flavor profiles,
and varieties from local farmers.
Variceties proposes to encourage Thais in the big city to have nutritious
brown rice over white rice for their health. When Thais enjoy various
species of nutritious brown rice, farmers will be able to grow alternative
profitable rice species, so they can get a better selling price.
